A liposuction, or lipoplasty, removes excess fat to reshape specific areas of the body. Liposuction can be used on several different parts of the body to remove this excess fat and sometimes is done in conjunction with other cosmetic surgery procedures like facelifts , breast reductions or tummy tucks .
